At the bottom is the washer fluid outlet. In the middle is the hole at the edge of the light unit plastics that the pipe is supposed to go through. And on the pipe itself is obvious crimping showing clearly that the idiot who reassembled the unit failed to get the pipe in the hole, thereby constricting the pipe so much that no fluid could flow.

The wipers are not working at all. Have found fault codes. B1020-14 / Windscreen motor control / Plausibility / Present. B1021-14 / Windscreen wiper switch / Plausibility / Present. B1023-64 / Wiper travel start switch / Intermittent. I have checked for blown fuses, Found all o/k. I clear the faults and try to run wipers. The same faults return.
03/02/10 - 07:09 #7. Syphon a bit out of the reservior, but a bottle of screenwash in a bucket of hot water for a few minutes, then pour some of this in. The combination of screenwash and warmer temperatures might help to defrost your pump or washer lines if they're frozen! Check the fuse.
